    Let It Go... It Will Happen!

    in one of my yoga sessions:

    It was funny that the more I tried my best to do a pose (asana) -especially the look-like-very-difficult ones- the more I could not do it. I fell and got up to try again. And fell again. And again.

    And then my yoga teacher, half screaming, reminded me, "do not think, just do it and listen to the music. The more you think you want to overcome it, the more your brain will distract you. It is all about acceptance, not will power. If you can not do one pose, what the heck, it will happen someday. All you need to do is just breathe... and smile, please!"...

    And after she finished her sentence, I thought, "yeah she's right, what the heck". And at that second, all of sudden, I did it! I did the pose, successfully. Even stayed for more than a minute.

    Wow Nadia.. It's great doing yoga to keep the balance of life after working. ^.~
    I attended yoga class when I was in "Fitness First", but I love the ending that could make me almost felt asleep. :P

    New look ? Then it must be more than a month I didn't visit your blog :-( love it anyway.

    Hihihihi, since I moved to my "unbelievable" company, I could not do my yoga like before.

    My goal after my two days leave, is back to my yoga practice again and as your instructur told you ..I'll use it as my spirit "what the heck, it will happen someday, all I need to do is alligning myself through smile and breath.

    Seems that all yoga instructur have the same thinking. Thank you for sharing :-D

    thank you for visiting back. keep up the good blogging, i enjoy your writings very much.

    @yodee & fitri:
    ati2 kalo keplitek! :( maybe you were too hard to ur bod..

    @astrid:
    yup.. it's just so strange when finding out how your mind actually works. When my mind said, it's difficult and i want to succeed so much, then it's not happening.. then when my mind said, "what the heck, i'll do it and believe it will happen anyway".. and it's there, just like that. Strange, huh?

    @tere616:
    i just changed it last weekend when i had flu and had to stay at home, heg heg heg. :)
    hope you can continue ur yoga... so i'll have seorang temen seperjuangan dan bisa tuker2 cerita.. :) looking forward!
