If there is one topic that exists a lot -if not the most- in online diaries, forwarded junk emails, yearbook, or any form of personal journals, I have to say, it is about friendship. The theme varies from the definition of friendship, what makes a true friend, how important friendship is, et cetera, et cetera. Sometimes they even come with threat that if you dont forward their email or sms, you would have a bad luck for years!! Stupid, i know, but probably that is because some people try to force their blah blah ideas of how important friendship is (as if we dont know, ya ya).

Now not to join people who make this type of email or sms, i want to add the definition of friendship in my own blog (because i think i am the boss in my own blog, right)... and this is without threat of years of bad luck if you dont read it or forward it to people. So dont worry!

True friends are people who stand by you unconditionally, even in the weirdest, scarriest (close to horror), far-beyond-logic experience you ever had. They are the ones who are willing to help you, listen to you, still have faith in you and guide you through your mixed extravaganza feelings to be a better human. These are the people who are destined to be around you to face this complicated land called the Earth.

Through this small note, I would like to say how much I feel grateful to be surrounded by my dearest friends: Pa n Ma, Dinda my lovely sister, Evi my other lovely sister, Cordelia my twin girlie, my girls (cor, ingkan, fifi, nina), Dini, Nancy, my gurus, and not to forget my soulmate, Marthijn, who is also my bestest friend. I'm very lucky to have them in my life. I love you guys! :)
